On the programme : presentation of the
"manade" (bull ranch), "ferrade" (branding
of 2 calves) with commentary, simple
bullfighting techniques with young cows
in the arena, jumping from horse to

and typical Camargue meal, accompanied
by a group of gypsy guitarists.
